Cyberware understands that security is a big issue for a lot of companies and any services you offer your customers must be as secure as is possible. We have developed protocols which we believe makes our system uniquely secure.
To insure the security of our system –- Each registered user of the hotspot is allocated a confidential password which allows them to log on each time they wish to use the service.
- When a number of legitimate users are using the wireless service at any one time the system sees it as a network of users, this means the Cyberware system creates a unique “network strand – level 2 isolation”, which means all those logged onto the network are in fact blind to other users around them who may also be logged onto the network.
- What this does is ensure the risk of viruses spreading between machines is as low as possible.
The Cyberware wireless system has the facility to regulate the speed of downloads, this is for managing excessive heavy download users, thus ensuring other users logged onto the network do not experience any slowing down of their internet connection.
In addition we monitor failed access attempts as this could indicate someone is trying to guess the login details of a registered user.
The payment for airtime is taken through a secure on-line payment system .This and all the other security reasons above means your customers can be reassured that the Cyberware wireless system will keep them secure at all times.
